Return Policy

At FlashTraders.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Please review our return and refund terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Personal care products
  • Underwear or clothing accessories
  • Opened or used kitchen tools
  • Clearance or sale items

Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at flashtraders78@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief reason, and photo evidence of the issue (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Once approved, you’ll be asked to ship the item back to us using a registered courier service.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you wish to return an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • We’ll dispatch the replacement product once your return is received and verified.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
