Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days in major cities.
Remote Areas: 5–7 business days, depending on courier availability.
Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 2,999.
Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 250 for orders below Rs. 2,999.
Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your parcel directly through our courier partner’s website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide for your convenience.
Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon delivery.

Prepaid Orders

For faster dispatch and secure delivery, you can choose to prepay using available online payment methods during checkout.

Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable courier services such as TCS, Leopards, and Postex to ensure safe and timely deliveries across Pakistan.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the customer may be responsible for reshipping charges.
